About the Team

Hello, I’m Kelsey Ramey.

I’m the founder/owner of Knight Coaching and Counseling and an LPC. I decided to start this business to improve the lives, careers, and businesses in the Oklahoma City Metro. I hold a bachelor’s from the University of Oklahoma, a Master of Science from the University of Central Oklahoma, and a Master of Science from Mid-America Christian University.

I work with women and men that need an improvement in their lives. I specifically work to create action plans on how we can move forward and see success. I have a particular interest in trauma, career development, employee engagement, postpartum treatments, anxiety, grief, and depression.

I understand that reaching out for help is never easy, however you are in the right place. I want to assist you in seeing positive results on your terms, from where you are. Life is hard and every now and then we need help. I am here for you with no judgement.

I’ve done the research, I’m familiar in the tools, and I’m ready to work for you. I’m looking forward to meeting you, finding your passions, and building your dreams.
